I have many relatives buried at the Franklin Cemetery. I enjoy visiting this intimate and well maintained resting place of souls. The feeling of history intertwined with family allows for an escape back in time. My great grandparent, great uncles, great aunts, grandparents and aunts that I loved and cherished surround me like a blanket of warmth on a cold winter day. The richness of their lives and the connections of their souls fills this well maintained cemetery. I feel privileged to know one day I will end up lying next to them for eternity.
